Tylosin tartrate.
Indications
Bovine: Respiratory infections caused by Pasteurella multocida, Arcanobacterium pyogenes or Fusobacterium necrophorum. Foot infections caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum.
Porcine: Respiratory infections caused by Pasteurella multocida or Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. Mycoplasma arthritis caused by Mycoplasma hyosynoviae.
Dosage and route of administration
0.5-1 ml /10 kg body weight /day for 5 consecutive days by deep IM route.
Withdrawal period
Bovine. Meat: 33 days. Milk: 5 days (120 hours).
Porcine. Meat: 21 days.
